Position Description:
The Professor, Construction Technology is responsible for providing academic leadership and for developing an effective, learning-centered environment for students through the design and delivery of curriculum within the Angelo DelZotto School of Construction Management at George Brown. The professor will teach courses to students in all years at the graduate level, in the Building Information Modelling Management (T412) and Construction Management (T403) graduate certificate programs in addition to other degrees, diplomas, and certificate level courses when required.

Experience:
- BIM tools for quantity extraction, data extraction and re-use in BIM, model coordination/clash detection, construction sequencing and 4D/5D simulation.
- BIM for project procurement, across the supply chain, and BIM for on-site management and field engineering practices.
- BIM Execution Plans.
Knowledge / Skills Set:
Candidates seeking full-time faculty positions with the College must demonstrate the ability to design, facilitate and assess learning in accordance with adult learning principles and Universal Design for Learning (UDL).
Interview process will consist of a mock teaching experience and, in some cases, a practical skills component.
